I am writing to apply for the Senior Product Designer role. I have spent six years building design systems for teams that ship weekly, and Northwind’s work on accessible tooling is the reason I am writing rather than waiting for a recruiter.

In my current role I took a fragmented component library and reduced it to a documented set that three product teams now build from, cutting design review time by roughly half.
